If you’ve ever promoted a podcast, chances are you’ve asked yourself at least once: Where are my listeners actually coming from?

Between social posts, email campaigns, and paid ads, tracking performance across every channel can get messy, and time-consuming.

That’s why we’re excited to roll out two powerful updates to CoHost’s Tracking Links: Bulk Tracking Links and Duplicate Tracking Links. These new features make it easier to manage your campaigns, track results, and optimize your promotion strategy. Here’s how:

Bulk Tracking Links and Duplicate Tracking Links are new enhancements designed to make campaign management faster, easier, and more accurate, so you can focus more on creating great content and less on admin work.

Here’s the details:

  • Duplicate Tracking Links: Need to run the same campaign across different channels? Now you can replicate any existing link in just one click. No more manual duplication or recreating landing pages. Perfect for targeting multiple audiences with the same messaging, without the copy/paste headache.
  • Bulk Tracking Links: Save time and get more granular with your attribution. This new update lets you create up to 10 unique links at once, allowing you to track multiple promo sources (like paid ads, organic social, newsletters, etc.) in one streamlined workflow.

“These updates are in direct response to customer feedback. We know how important it is for marketers and creators to move quickly without losing precision in their tracking and reporting. This release helps them do just that.” –Fatima Zaidi, CEO and Founder of Quill and CoHost

Improve the listener experience

Don’t lose listeners in a sea of confusing redirects or disjointed links. Each tracking link comes with a built-in landing page that acts like a mini hub for your podcast episode or show.

It routes listeners to all the major platforms, Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and more, making it easy for audiences to tune in on their preferred podcast app. Think of it like a Linktree, built specifically for podcasters.

See top download sources

Whether it’s an Instagram Reel, a LinkedIn post, or a newsletter mention, CoHost’s Tracking Links help creators and brands understand exactly what’s driving traffic.

Optimize your podcast promotion strategy with data-backed insights into which channels deserve your focus and which you can put on the back burner.

With CoHost, each tracking link comes with its own set of analytics. This means you can see exactly how different episodes or campaigns perform across platforms.

For example, you might find that LinkedIn drives more listeners to interviews, while newsletters perform better for solo episodes. These insights help you fine-tune both your content and your marketing strategy based on real listener behavior.

Streamline performance reporting

Launching a new season or episode across multiple channels? CoHost’s tracking links let you easily compare how each platform performs, episode by episode. Generate up to 10 unique links at once, each tied to a different source like social media, newsletters, or paid ads.

This gives you a side-by-side view of what’s working, so you can quickly adjust your strategy and double down on the highest-performing channels.

With Bulk and Duplicate Tracking Links, CoHost is making it easier than ever to run smarter, more efficient podcast marketing campaigns.

Whether you’re promoting across five channels or fifteen, these new features give you the tools to stay organized, move faster, and uncover exactly what’s driving results.
